About Us

The roots of Peopllytics started in a hackathon project. The project was an app to see if statistical methods could be applied to predict attrition rates in a workforce. Using knowledge and experience gained over 25 years in people management and human resources, we were able to not only deliver hard data but also interpret the data and recommend actionable insights that had an observable impact on the business. Building on from these humble beginnings, Tom and Tj began to recognise the value in delivering people focused, data driven insights to businesses.



Tom Healy, co-Founder and CTO

Tom, co-Founder and CTO, comes with over 10 years in people management and human resources roles. Having worked as a business partner to both large multi-national and small start up style organisations, Tom has both a broad and deep knowledge of human resources in a wide range of contexts. Tom has long been an avocate of using data to improve people decisions. Tom has built and deployed numerous models that have enabled organisations to go about improving their people decisions in data driven way. Tom has an MA in Human Resource Management and he is completing a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics.




Tj Leahy, co-Founder and CEO

Tj, co-founder and CEO, comes with over 10 years of experience providing partnering and people advisory services to businesses. Tj has a particular expertise in crafting and managing complex employee value propositions to enable you to attract the best talent that the market has available. Tj has partnered with technical teams in an advisory capacity also. This includes providing advice on matters such as performance management, recruitment, HR startegy development and execution. Tj has a diverse education with a BA in French and Irish History, MA in Applied Linguistics and an MSc in Human Resources.
